Junior division is for players in 5th and 6th grade.
All players are required to participate in the assessment process for team placement. If you are unable to attend assessments but still wish to participate in the season, your player will be assessed at the Junior National level. 

Players will be divided into three divisions based on skill level:
*National - Developing or rec level skills 
*American - Intermediate skills
*Federal - Advanced skills 

All players will be provided with a practice jersey and league issued hat. 
Additional costs to parents include:
*Game jerseys designed by coaches 
*Pants, socks and belt (color and style will be communicated to parents upon team selection)
*Tournament fees

Each team has the opportunity to qualify for the county tournament at the end of regular season play. The tournament hosts will be determined by the county once the season begins. Please note, the county tournament will be a Friday-Sunday with games starting as early as 9am.  See important dates for dates.

*Glove
*Helmet
*Bat
*Protective cup
*Cleats (no metal cleats)

Field of play:
70’ base paths
50’ pitching distance
