Clackamas JBO are volunteer organizations.  If parents do not volunteer their time, players do not play!!!

There are many different ways parents can volunteer:

Coaches/Assistant Coaches:  If you have coaching, leadership, or mentoring experience, this is a great opportunity.  Previous baseball experience is preferred at upper levels, but not necessary at t-ball and transitional levels.
Coach Helper:  All coaches need volunteer to help keep kids focused on having fun and developing their baseball skills.
Team Mom/Dad: All teams at lower levels need volunteers for snack assignments or other duties assigned by coaches. Upper levels need volunteers for scorekeeping (Game Changer or scorebook), as well as assisting with team communication and organization.
Event Helper:  We can always use volunteers to assist with tournaments we host, fundraising, registration and assessments. Please reach out to your respective program if you’d like to help!

TO VOLUNTEER AT COACH/ASSISTANT COACH: Sign up using either the standard registration and background check process, or as listed below under applicable signup button.

TO VOLUNTEER AS AN UMPIRE (NYBUA):

Northwest Youth Baseball Umpires Association needs umpires to work youth baseball games.

Umpires must be 14 years old and willing to learn and become certified umpires.
